As Guild of Tokens just finished its 6-month run in the newsletter, I thought it would be an opportune time to feature the book as the first selection in the ARC Worlds Book Club!
I’ll post each of the below questions as a separate thread in the comments, and feel free to reply to whichever question(s) you want!
Did you read the book as chapters were released, binge them all at once, read them in batches, or something in between?
If you could reread the book from the perspective of another character in the story, who do you think would be an interesting alternate protagonist and why?
What did you think of the Rita Van Asch epigraphs?
Did you like how the information of the different types of alchemy was doled out slowly over the course of the book or would you have preferred that Jen found out everything right up front?
How did you feel about the ending? Were you satisfied or frustrated? Do you think it was the right time or place to end the story? Was there more you felt you wanted to know?
What plots/places/themes would you like to see Jen tackle in future books?
