ARC Worlds 2026 publishing slate
Blood of Atlantis issue 3 kicks off a busy year!
Happy 2026, everyone!
In our last entry, I took a look back at a busy 2025, with projects in comics and fiction at various stages of development.
So now that the new year is here, it’s time to look at what I have planned!
I just reviewed my beginning of the year plans for 2025, and they were certainly ambitious. So much so that I only managed to get less than halfway through them. So 2026 will be a lighter but more realistic year in terms of what I would like to accomplish.
As my current launch strategy involves bringing projects to Kickstarter first, I need to hit certain windows to allow breathing room between campaigns. Last year I ran two Kickstarter campaigns, one in the spring and one in the fall. This year, I would like to up that number to three, a semi-seasonal approach. So without further ado, here is what you can expect from ARC Worlds in 2026!
Blood of Atlantis Issue 3 - launching February 3, 2026
I’m excited to announce that the Kickstarter campaign for Blood of Atlantis issue 3 will be going live in a few weeks! Art is complete, and the issue is currently being lettered.
We’ve got a bunch of awesome new covers and swag headed your way, along with another 34 pages of myth, magic, and new international adventure!
Check out the campaign banner below and follow the pre-launch page here.
In the meantime, we are happy to announce that we have sold out of Issue 1’s cover A and are going back to print with an all-new wraparound cover! Take a look at series artist (and Ringo Award nominee for best cover artist) Francine's Delgado’s gorgeous new artwork, which expands upon our first campaign banner:
Following the pre-launch page helps ensure we have the strongest launch possible. And as an extra incentive, I’m offering bonuses as we hit certain pre-launch milestones. The first bonus will be revealed when we hit 100 followers (which we are about to cross), so hit the button below and then click “Notify me on launch.”
Blood of Atlantis Issue 4 - Summer/3Q 2026
We are headed to the climax of our current arc, and it would be great to start 2027 with issue 5, but to do that, we need to get issue 4 out first! The script for this issue is next up on my list once I finish the issue 3 Kickstarter campaign page.
Guild of Relics (NYC Questing Guild Book 3) - Fall/4Q 2026
This will be my major fiction project of the year, and a capstone on the series that launched my publishing endeavors all the way back in 2018. I started writing this after I finished writing book 2, but then backtracked and wrote The Gauntlet. I’m about 15% done, but will need to do a fresh pass on those chapters to align them more firmly with what happened in The Gauntlet.
I originally envisioned this series continuing in the same form after this book, with Jen’s story being the lynchpin and primary narrative vehicle. But after spinning off Beatrice into Blood of Atlantis and introducing a host of new characters in The Gauntlet, I’m planning to take a step back and evaluate how I want to expand on the story and the series going forward. So for 2027, I expect to be working on the full-length I’m In Love With My Possessed Demon Sword book that I started last year.
In between those launches will be the retail release of Guild of Magic: The Gauntlet, and then the individual Blood of Atlantis issues (speaking of which, you can now buy issue 2 on Amazon and GlobalComix).
I’ll also be working on Project Destiny, the comics project I will be taking out to publishers hopefully in the first half of 2026, as well as developing more comics!
Stay tuned for more Blood of Atlantis issue 3 reveals as we head toward launch, and remember to follow the campaign!
